Our current processing time for orders shipping with our Standard Ground Shipping is 5-7 business days.

How do I return an item?
We take great care to ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition. However, if your plant arrives damaged, we offer a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note that refunds or replacements are only available for plants that are damaged during shipping. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for plants that have been mishandled ore neglected after delivery.
